Posi rear end questions

http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/pts/1435222895.html

I have a 70 SX non posi and was wondering if this posi would work with my SX? What should I look for?

Thanks,
Shawn

Yes, thats what you are looking for. That could be a nice find. Price seems fair but was it put back together correctly? Bearing crush/depth is pretty important.

If you don't know much about these, do you have a friend that can go with you? You just want to look it over good. No bent or scored up axles with spun bearings. Be sure and get the backing plates, and any brake parts/hardware and the drums too.

I would allways hagle on the price, thats a given. The more complete it is, the better the deal.

If you are looking for "originality" then no. You would want an "O" axle. This will bolt in though. You MAY need to change the length of your driveshaft though.
