64 Cutlass Cowl Tag Decode?

All, Could someone point me to an online resource for cowl tag decoding? A couple I have tried have listed 64s in their title but had nothing like what my tag looks like. After the Olds....... line:
. Lansing, Michigan
. 123
STYLE64-3237 BODY LA 7810
TRIM 960 . .PAINT P-P
ACC. X-T-S-2X-G-7-3D-5B

I know it's a 64 Cutlass Holiday Coupe with Black vinyl interior. It came out of Lansing with Pacific Mist paint top and bottom. I assume 7810 is the production #.
Now my questions: What does the production # mean to me and how does it relate to cars made elsewhere? The 123 appears stamped after the rest of the plate and does not line up with but is closest to the Lansing line. What is the 123 (12B?)? And finally, I am proud of that Acc line but what do they all mean?
Not asking much first time out of the blocks, am I? I'd love to do the research myself if I can get it online (I am overseas right now).
Thanks and Regards,
Allen
