82 Cutlass w/T Top
I have two Cutlass Supreme's, one is a 82 w/ a V6 (blown) the other a 84 w/ a 307 V8. Will the V8 fit where the V6 was?

You'll need the frame purches for the V-8 motor mounts.

They're one your V-8 car's frame. It's the part were the engine mount bolts too.

About the rest
What about everything else? Transmission, drive shaft and thr computer and wiring?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to switch all of that as well. If I recall, The V-6 starter is on the opposite side as the V-8, but I could be wrong. I'm going to pm you a web site that make make the transition a littler easier for you.
