looking for a rear-end
just curious if someone can tell me what vehicle i can get a rear-en out of for my 85 olds cutty looking for something with 4.10 gears posi or where i can put 4.10 gears in it????

Find a good local gear shop. They can order and set up anything you want. You don't say where you are from so I can't recommend one. Try a Yellow Pages or internet search for one in your area.
If you were in south Texas, I'd say Gear Vendors in Austin. C.J.

ok.... also is there another vehicle like a truck or another car with what im looking for cause i got alot of junk yards around here and im sure i can find a list of vehicle's to get a rear-end from but im not sure what kind of car or truck would be best any rec.'s on that aspect?? i live in florida btw im bad at not putting my info up lol sorry

i wasnt sure if their was a way i can do that thats why i asked sorry
only reason is cause i've heard of people doing that....also another question off this topic do you know where i can get trim peices??? weather striping or really anything that has to do with an 85 or same body cutlass lol this cars tore up pretty bad lol anyways any info??? thanks sorry for buggin ya, just kind of new to this scene |

you can try a buick grand national, also a THINK some of the chevy malibu 75-80 rearend will fit right in. i have an 84 cutlass and that is what i plan on looking into. also if u can afford it, strang and mosier build 12 bolts that are stronger than gm 12 bolts but they cost bout $2000 complete and all new.
