Clock wiring
Would the under dash harness of my '72 Supreme have the wire for the clock even though the car did not have the factory clock? I know some harnesses include wiring for optional equipment. Don't have a wiring diagram yet, so I don't know what I'm looking for. ( Anyone know where I can get a good diagram for '72?) Thanks, Chumley

The olny way to find out is to open the dash and look for it. I was looking for the plugs for the factory gauges in the Delta nad they weren't there
![]() Althought the clock shouldn't be too hard to hook up. Should only be 2 wires, one to constant and the other to ground

The wiring should be there.
PM me your email address and I'll send you a 71 wiring diagram, which is pretty much the same. C.J.

Few years ago, I bought a CD-ROM from Detroit Iron Information Systems for my 72. Go to www.detroitironis.com
Included was Shop Manual and Fisher Body Manual plus more. (basically, scanned copies of the original manuals). Manuals are helpful. |

The only orange wire I found (without taking out all the heater ducts) was one that was capped together with a brown wire. The brown one has a little gold tag that says "dimmer" and the orange one has a tag that says "pwr antenna". Is this the right one?
