Is the fuel pump seperate from the sending unit? Where is the best place to get the sending unit price wise?Mine is fluctuating once it hits 1/2 on the guage.

The fuel pump is part of what they call a module, which sells for about $570. The level sensor is a separate piece that is available for around $140. I suggest GM parts. Most aftermarket modules I have priced are actually more expensive than GM.
