I'll have to look, I've got some old bias tires on rims laying around. They came on my 1969 442 project and the sidewalls were a little chewed up from the fenderwell hitting them... so I believe they're pretty wide! John

I do not have any pics but if you get a 10" wheel with a 5.5" backspace an N-50 will fit inside the fenderwell. It has been at least 15 years since I had a set of N-50 tires and they were old at that time!

with 3.5 backspacing they stick out of the wheel well

That was my first 442, and that pic was from 1975. I am quite sorry that is the only pic I have of it. It was a daily driver back then and I never thought about takings pics of it. Just a different mind-set then.

OK, the ones that came on my 1969 were L60 15's on a pair of old slotted mags with 4 inches of backspacing. The car had air shocks on it and at some point the outer lip of the fenderwell got into the sidewall of one tire pretty good. John

The best I can offer you is 60's... (mostly cleared wheel wells)
15x8 3.5 offset / Airshocks

(PicQuality - that's the best I can do with pictures of snap shots)
