OldsmoBuick!?!
You are not going to find very many Olds guys that have, or are willing to, put a Buick motor in an Oldsmobile. Most of the time they will use an Olds 455 because it will bolt right up in place of a small block Olds, a Buick will not because the mounts are different. If you do not have any luck here, try www.v8buick.com . This site may have some Buick guys that have done this or know how to do it, hope this helps.

yea I know...
I figured I would be in for it when I asked about a buick into an olds, but I just got this monster of a motor and it is burning a hole in my pocket, I mean I got motor trans and everything and I got it for an UNREAL price, I may just have to find somebody that wants to trade a buick455 for an olds455, if they are out there....

Try using the body & motor mounts as a set from the 225. They should bolt in. Good luck.

Mounts
The frames on these 2 cars is not even close to the same, but if you can make it work more power to you. I would get some advice from the Buick guys or try to trade for an Olds motor. It will definately make it much easier than trying to make something fit in a place that it was not meant to. Just trying to help.
