Suspension upgrades for 1969 olds 98?

Hey all!,
I have heard that A body lower trailing arms will fit on the full size cars, is this correct? I was hoping so because i could use hotchkis arms and hopefully some one makes a sway bar, so I could have a little better handling ! Any input is appreciated !
