GM (Government Motors)

What is everyone's opinions/predictions of the new Government Motors?
It's sad to watch such an iconic company begging for socialist welfare from the government and worse to see government take over industries with taxpayer monies thereby driving another nail in the coffin of capitalism and move the nation toward a socialist oligarchy!

Although I agree with you 100% this is not a place to discuss politics.

you just made me think of something. My Oldsmobile starts with and "O". O' Crap that does not make me a Dumocrap? I guess I will have to start calling it a Cutlass.

Government Motors should be combined with Chrysler and they could call it Dodg'm. The cars will all look about the same and run on electricity like dodgem cars soon anyway, think of the crash ratings.
It would be cool to have the poles going up to an overhead power grid and steel plate streets.

they got some new micro econobox coming out of India. $2000, where do I sign up for that. Who needs electric when you can crash one every few months and still come out ahead. ROAD RAGE EXPRESS GOOOOOOO Don't know what it will cost once it finally hits the streets here, but would make a fun pounder.....I wonder if they'll offer a micro truck.

I would think the faithful would be rejoicing at the demise of GM's Rick Wagoner who orchestrated the demise of Oldsmobile. If GM had really cared about building quality cars over the last 30 years, they wouldn't be in this trouble.
