65 Delta 88 Steering

Does anybody know how I can quicken the ratio on my 1965 Delta 88? I was looking into steering quickeners but I don't think that they will fit in the space. I was wondering if I could change the steering box from another car or?

Thanks

Your 88 uses the same basic steering box as virtually all GMs from the 60s to the 80s. Talk to Chip at Power Steering Services:

http://www.powersteering.com/

He will rebuild your box using the 12:1 quick ratio gears from the WS6 Trans Am. You can install the T/A box in your car, but the internal stops are different and you'll end up with different turning circles right and left. Chip fixes this with his rebuild.
