What's the VIN from the dash?

The cowl tag shows the car to be a 1969 Delta 88 convertible built in Lansing. 3=Oldsmobile, 54=Delta 88, 67=convertible, LAN=Lansing, MI. Not sure about trim code 312. I think that's green, bench seat. Paint code 59=Meadow Green, A=White top. Build date is 12D=fourth week of Dec, 1968.
