Question Tie Rod Torque Specs

We are doing some suspension work on our 1967 Ninety-Eight. We have not been able to locate a service manual. Does anyone have torque specs (or know where we might find them) for:
outer tie rod end
adjusting sleeve
inner tie rod
center link to idler arm
idler arm to frame
center link to pitman arm
From what we can see, there are minimums and maximums, but they vary quite a bit over different models. What is correct for our Olds?
Thanks!
