My buddy has a 72 Cutlass Supreme Convertable. The pistons that lift and lower the roof are leaking at the valves where the hoses connect. Does anyone know where to get replacement parts, even if its the entire piston and hose section. We didn't have much time to look at it the other night. Any help appreciated. I dont know if I can check this often so please e-mail any info to: geoffcanavan@comcast.net

I had the same problem on a 72 Sk*lark droptop that I owned a few years ago. Couldn't find replacement parts anywhere. I took the fittings to a local hydraulic parts supplier...he matched them in about 5 minutes. I trimmed a little off the ends of the tubing for a good seal. It was fixed for less than $5 and never leaked again.
