Tail light housings

I as wondering, if i can use the tail light housings from 1971 Cutlass with 1970 bumper....reason for that is that i simply can't find housings for 1970.
I remember that someone once claimed that 1971 housings would fit....any opinions?

Thanks,
-J

1971 and 72 are horizontal and interchangable. 1970 is vertical and different.

Download Fusick's PDF Catalog at https://www.fusick.com/catfile/Catal...Layout%201.pdf.

'70 tail lights are at the top of page 18.
