I'm fairly sure that the portion of the frame where it kicks up over the axle is the same on all 1960 Oldsmobiles. While the frame my be longer or shorter in other sections depending on wheelbase and rear overhang, ( i.e. 88 vs. 98) the axle section is almost certainly the same. What would be especially helpful to you, however, is knowledge of whether other year Olds frames would also fit. I'm not sure of that. If you have a donor car in mind, you may want to make some cardboard patterns of your frame and compare them to the donor frame. Rusted frames can be reinforced with sections of plate steel , and welded in place. It's a big job, but you can make templates of cardboard and have a sheet metal shop cut out the sections. If you have an arc welder ( a "stick" AC welder will suffice) or have a friend who can drop by and bring his welder, you can do the frame repairs at home. Sometimes, however, the rust is so bad there's nothing to weld to, and then the job gets larger and may involve fabricating longer sections of frame made of rectangular tubing.

I would have to guess, unless it's a convertible... all the 88s are the same.
