Fell on hard times fellas, Bank of America sucks and won't modify my mortgage. It's up on ebay and I'll be at the local cruise nights in my area (south suburbs of Chicago) Looks like Sat. at Homer Sears Essentials cause of the rain potential.

Someone got what I would call a good deal.

Keep the parasitic banksters off your back. Sort of ironic we taxpayers can bail them out but they are reluctant to help us out with our own money. Not like we want a handout but just to sit down and negotiate a win win for both parties involved.

Good luck

Finally got Bank of America to send me Modification paperwork, will see what it brings. I herd from several people if we the home owners would of receive this bail out money personally we'd all be sitting pretty and stimulating the economy. Local guy won the auction and is going to continue where I left off, wish him all the luck in the world. Probably see it some day down the road. My Olds fetish is on hold for now, but always in my heart will be the "Rocket".
