converting to manual brakes

think i have changed my mind about installing smaller cam so i can run power brakes. i have extra vacuum canister and electric vacuum pump installed, and working pretty well but i dont like it. think i will convert to manual brakes. anyone do this? if so i could use some advise and part #s. thanks guys. 81 olds cutlass calais, 74 olds 350, th350 trans.
