I finally got around to the front of the car in my disassemble process and found quite a bit of rust under the trim along bottom of the windshield. Is there a replacement panel for this repair? Or is going to need to be fabricated?

 

Rust there is common. There is now an A-body cowl patch panel available for this. Check Chevelle resto sites or The Parts Place.
