Roller Rockers

Hi - Anybody have an opinion on Roller Rockers - was originally going to use Harland Sharp 5001. I see the Comp Cams Magnum Roller Tips are about $ 100.00 less - any difference in performance and reliability?

You really need a Pontiac........

JK.........

IMHO, either go full roller with a fully adjustable valvetrain or stay with the stock stuff......

Since the thing is already together, I think we need to put the thing in and run it!

Yea, run the thing and enjoy it. Like the previous poster said

full roller AND adjustable....

Later on, why not run the best and get the HS rocker. Why? The comp's are only roller tipped and don't have needle bearing fulcrums.

i picked up the magnun tip kit because im on a budget, they are working great on mine, at least they were until something happened to my oiling system

I wish I had Harland Sharp but all I could afford was the competition cams adjustable rockers...had to change the pushrods with them to correct the geometry...at least with them you can use stock valve covers. You cant with Harland Sharp.

When I fire my new 455 up in a few weeks I will post comments on how everything went with the rockers.
