Flexplate installl on 455

This may be a dumb question but I am gettting ready to put the stock flexplate/flywheel back on my new motor. There are some weights on the inside of the flexplate how do I know how to line up this flexplate witht he holes in the crank?

One hole is offset, so the flexplate only goes on one way.
