BBO Factory CFD Cam Identificaiton

Just curious if anyone has access to information about Olds Factory Cams by Cast #. I have a cam out of a 425. Starting at the timing gearing, bwetween lobes, and working toward the rear journal it has #'s of 3 8 9 4 1 0 C F D Then the last 3 letters are CFD. Also llooks like it has julian date code of 16. Which would seem to go along with the block, with a julian date code of 17 by the dizzy hole of the block. I am hoping to identify this block as a 45 or 39 degree cam bank angle since noone can seem to tell me. I know it has the small lifters, they fit into a 455 block I have. I do not have "the drill spot" that says it will be a 39* block. Honestly I am thinking the drill spot just means you have a .921 lifter block. The block came with C heads which makes me believe it is a 1967 block. I have seen in 2 differant places, that all 1967 blocks are 39* cam bank angle and 1 of those places also states they have the smaller more common lifters. So I believe I have a standard 425 block with common lifters and common cam bank angle. If anyone can tell me about this cam that would be great. Lift and Duration specs on what lobe center, and if its a 39* or 45*. Thanks for anyone who can help. Most importantly I am concerned about bank angle. But it would be nice to know the other info too.

Well, I may have found some info but now I need some translation to what it means. I went to Olds442 and in the cam section looking for my #. I did not find anything at all, but I just tripped over a # in 1968 that says this:
402194 82 308/308 .474/.474 350 W-31, Hurst ex CAC Casting #389410

So why would this cam be in 1967 425 Block. Maybe someone can help me identify this for sure. I am certain the motor had never been opened up until I opened it up.
Nothing was punched or stamped like it had ever been rebuilt. There is no markings on the rods, pistons or crank suggesting a crank turn or oversize pistons. Here are some #'s
389410 CFD is the Cam
C heads Cast # 394548
#384722 is # on Crank
#389244D Block Cast #
'67 - '69 A 384785 LH; full size. 425. Left Exhaust Manifold
Big Letter R and Cast # 384784 is Right Exhaust manifold. Olds442 has no info on this manifold, and of course Mondellos, does not answer email when I inquired with them.
Intake is 4bbl # 390390 Letter E. Here is what Olds 442 says about it.
E 390390 '66-'67 400/455 Including 4V W-30. Early 400, other BB's
except Toro up to 68 or 69 or so. Iron.
1967 400/425 w/o A.I.R. 7027156 7031971 7031844- "44" 7033655- "AU" This had auto trans connected to it, so I assume this one is right, the same carb also goes to unit below but primary metering rod would be differant.
1967 400 M.T. w/O.A.I.(5) 7027156 7031971 7031841- "41" 7033655- "AU"
Auto Trans Tag Connected 67 OB = 1967 Full Size 2 & 4 Bbl Models

Any help helping me figure out what it came out of or a positive ID would be great. The passenger side head pad has a # that starts with a R and I think it was 6 more digits that followed but nothing else, no letters.

The only sure way to tell if the block is a 39 deg or 45 deg block is to use a lifter simulator tool to measure the angle of the lifter bore relative to the centerline of the cylinder bores. 45 deg blocks have lifter bores that are parallel to the cylinders, 39 deg blocks are not. The "tool" is really a round piece of plastic that has the same O.D. as a lifter, but is longer. Put it in the lifter bore and compare the angle.
