carb and itake base?

Well first off what is a 4150 base and all these other numbers i'm seeing. My problem is i have a torker intake and a demon carb but i don't know if the two will go together. I'ld figure it out myself but my carb isn't currently with me. And since i already have the two for future references what are the different types of bases and what is the difference.

4150 is the normal Holley square bore 4bbl. The Demon should be the same.
