It looks like the search engines (Yahoo!, Google, etc.) have noticed that our forums are back online. This is a good thing, as it makes it easier for new users to find us. On the other hand, they're hammering us with thousands of requests in order to index every last thread on the site, and it's slowing the board down.
For the time being, expect delays while loading pages. Hopefully it'll simmer down soon. |

here lately when i go to this site. it use to take me right to the home page with the current threads that have been listed. now it tells me im not authorized to access that page and gives two reasons that might be. i have to then click on the form jump button to get back to the list of current threads. would the search engines have anything to do with that. chris

Try the recommendation Paul gave about half way down the thread in this link below. I think your troubles are due to the same reason.
