Wheels of Time Cruise night at Macungie park

Well the Cruise night season has begun. The Wheels of Time Sy=treet Rod club is having their monthly cruise this weekend April 18th at Macungie Memorial park in Macungie Pa. Now The Wheels of time put on a Huge show every year and thier cruises are the same way. They make some shows look small. It is usually 5pm-9pm but their are people that show up at 1-2pm. I should be there and the weather should be nice.

That doesn't seem too far from NYC. Maybe I can make it out to one of them once my car is finished in June.

Well it is 60 miles across NJ on rt78. Maybe 30mlies more to Macungie from there. But there are a couple of hundred cars at these cruise nights. Here are some pics.

You're right, good weather and most of their cruises draw more cars and spectators than alot of shows do. Wish I'd have my car there. Lots of great people and beautiful cars of all makes, models, and classes.

That '67 Grand Prix pic convertible in the one pic reminds me of my youte. I had one, only year GP 'vert. It was the Batmobile when I was 19, sort of looks like the Batmobile, I named it " The Bat".
I go to the Solon Commons cruise in Solon just south of Cleveland on Tuesday nights, get 4-500 cars with overflow, it was featured on the "My Classic Car" show a few years back. I like the smaller cruises more, with trees and grass. That one there looks much cooler (in temperature) it gets hot in that lot here, keeps me away at the height of Summer, us old guys can't take the heat.
As long as giant pics are already here.
This was the charity cruise, normally bikes line the right side drive.
