You can either take off the front driver's side tire, or just turn the wheels to the left. Remove the headlight for the housing to give you more room. Remove the 5 or so bolts that hold in the fender liner. (I forget how many, I lost a few on mine becuase I remove this at the track) I know that there is one just under the fog light and then 2 or 3 along the outside line of the fender liner, and one under the car, kinda on the raditor support beam. There are 2 bolts in the body in the wheel well and one at the top on the fender liner almost at the top on the wheel well. All of these are 10 mm bolts. After you get all of them. push on the fender line thru the headlight house hole, it's held in by body plugs and will pop right out.

As for the bottle itself. I never removed mine, but it shouldn't be too hard. I know there is one bolt at the bottom of the bottle. After undoing the bolts and the wires and tube to should just drop right out.

If I had to guess, they are probably 13 mm bolts holding it in. Just about every bolt on the Alero is either a 7mm, 10mm, 13mm, or a 15mm. (except the calpier bolts are 12mm ) You'll most likely need deep sockets for the washer bottle bolts
