power windows to manual windows

66 cutlass, anyone converted from pwer to manual windows?

I've gone the other way, but not from power to hand crank. If you wanted to do that I'm sure you could sell you power setup for much more than what it would cost for a hand crank setup. It shouldn't be too difficult, unbolt the regulators from inside the doors and back seat, (if it's a 2 door) remove the wiring harness and plug the holes for the power wires, change the doorpanels for hand cranks. Adjusting the window might take a little patience, and this might be a good time to replace the window fuzzys if your going to. That should pretty much do it! John

Hi Rusty well it seems I have odds and ends for a holiday at the moment got a full set for post. I do have a full set on my holiday now but I would not be able to pull them for a month or so till the weather gets better since my holiday is outside storage till june
