If it's changed states this may or may not help. I have a 1970 442 that spent it's whole life in Oregon. The guy I bought it from gave me copies printed from microfilm of vehicle registration for the other two owners of the car. He told me he got them from DMV. I was able to located and talk with both of these previous owners, which was kinda cool. I don't know if all states have this ability or would be willing to provide that information. John
