carburetor rebuilding

what is the best way to get my carb rebuilt. are the specialty shops worth the money? Q jets are not my specialty. i have always loved these carbs but had no luck rebuilding them. also what about tuneing one. can they build it to your engine specs? who would you recomend and how much am i looking at? i just got a 7040250 carb for my Rallye 350. i figure it is from a plane cutlass. is there a differance between a carb for an OAI car and a non OAI car?

Sparky's is supposed to be very good. I have not used them but have not seen anybody say anything bad about them. They are Oldsmobile people too. Here is the link:

http://www.sparkyscarbs.com/

I saw on another site where somebody had problems with Sparky's Garage which is totally unrelated. I know I have seen some other places recommended which are probably very good. Nothing like a satisfied customer.
