Any one know where I might find a passenger side mirror for my 1955 Olds convert. I'm getting tired of running people off the road, and I'm sure they are too.I'm as blind as a bat with the top up.

I can find left side mirrors, but nobody seems to reproduce rights. Good, used would also be acceptable. It's just a matter of safety.

I think they are the same. I know a lot of cars did not have them back then. I just put a set on my friends 54 Super 88 and both mirrors were identical. I think we bought them on ebay. Do you by chance have an aftermarket mirror on the car. They were popular back then and that is what was originally on the 54 and it was mounted on the fender. I know Fusicks has repros at about $80 each if I remember correctly.

Left is different than right,that is you can't put a left mirror on the right side.And yes it is a stock mirror on the left side. I would how ever use a set of repos if I could find them and they were close to orignial .I'll check out Fusicks, hadent thought of them, USA Parts dossent list a right side mirror for some reason.
