Can anyone tell me where I can find a new or good used junction block - horn relay for a 67 442?

I've been looking for one for my '66 98, they're almost impossible to find. Was reading other posts from guys with trouble getting their cars to start even tho they had power to everything else...
Saw several replies saying that this couldn't be the culprit but I can assure you that mine sometimes decides to not let me go anywhere until I raise the hood, take the metal cap off the relay/junction whatever it is and fiddle with the (for lack of a better word) "fuse" until it decides to let the old girl start again. I'm no electrical engineer but I do know that it can and does affect the starter getting juice.
