Need Help
I have and am the orginal owner of a 1967 442 Convertible with nearly every factory option. AC,Power Windows Seat , Posi, Automatic , Cruise , Tic Toc,Power truck realease , Tillt steering wheel ,AMFM power ant, reclining passenger seat , Mag Wheels ....Car needs total restoration, stood outside for long time , floors rotted, frame solid , 67000 miles. I think car deserves and requires total restoration but live in New York City and cant find good reliable shop. Am will to send car where ever....Can anybody give me good place to take the car? Or where to find doner body? Thanks, Peter

Luis Auto Body in Burlington, NJ did my 67 CS convertible. You will have to locate and provide the "hard to get" parts but he does great work. Sounds like a great car, good luck! I also saw a vert body, no engine, for sale in Blackwood, NJ, I believe it was Blacktie Auto and it was on the internet for $2,500. John

That kinda resto is going to be big bucks and probably a long wait. I've got a guy about an hour north who does serious resto work. Hemi cudas, Jags, Alphas, GTOs... Where do you keep it? -Peter |
