69 442 Interior Paint
I have removed the interior, which was originally black. I'm changing the interior to gold. Shouldn't I paint all the interior metal gold for any metal that is exposed after the interior is replaced?
If so, does anyone have a gold paint spec or supplier? Thanks, Gary email: mstrcomp@verizon.net |

Go here and search for the interior paint codes. http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/ If for the dash, the upper paint is going to be flat, and lower dash is a semi-gloss. Codes for those are on page 2 of the 2 sheets provided.
From there, go here and enter your model and find paint attributed to the correct codes. http://www.carpaintonline.com/index.php They have laquer in a spray can and should match perfectly. |

69 442 Interior
Thanks for the info - but I'm a little confused regarding the dash. What part of the metal dash is considered upper and what part part is considered lower?
Thanks, Gary |

The upper dash is the part nearest the windshield. The top part of the dash. I'm not sure if the entire top of the '69 is padded or not, so you might not need this. The lower dash is the part that faces you.
