Alright, so I have a '69 442, it's seen better days. The wiring works surprisingly well, most of the electric stuff wasn't working because most of the fuses were gone.

But anyways, the fusebox's label paint is in bad shape. Some of the amperage numbers already disappeared, and my attempt to "rub the grime off the words" was a bad idea, and now I'll never know what the second to bottom right fuse is for...

If anybody has a '69 Olds... I don't really care if it's a 442, Cutlass, Vista Cruiser, I'm assuming the boxes should be the same... I'm wondering if anyone could take a hi-res picture of their fusebox so I can figure out what fuses go where, and what amperage to use!

If you can't do a hi-res pic but would still like to help by listing them going straight down, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I agree, '68 and '69 should pretty much be the same, mostly appearance changes between the two years. Wiring should be the same...

I couldn't get the clarity Perro had so: Left, top to bottom 25A, 25A, 20A,
20A, 4A; Right, top to bottom 20A, 10A, 25A, 20A, 10A.

Do you think this is the same box on a 72 cutlass? I would just go out and look at it, but it's in storage right now. Thanks.

Any chance I could get a copy of the same info. I've got a 68 ninety eight and the whoever had it before me really messed with the wiring. I got most everything electrical working aside from the dash lights and rear running lights keep blowing a fuse. There also appears to be an empty power outlet between the two rows of fuses, only thing there was the plug clipped in with a dangling black wire hanging unconnected.
