Yet another data plate to decipher

Hi all,

I've been reading through threads for a while now and think some of you can help me figure out the data plate on my '70 442. It's location prevented me from taking a good picture of it, but I mocked it up in the attachement.

Can anyone tell me what the "2" in the upper right-hand corner represents?

Also, I have been unable to figure out what the "11D" option code means. Any ideas?
