72 442 ?

im looking at a 72 442 for a friend i know 442 was an option in that year looked on 442.com to get the option numbers but not having any luck i know its not a w 30 no x in the vin hopefully i can get some help

The only way to guarantee 100 percent that it is a factory 442 is to find paperwork in the car with the W-29 option. There is no other way to prove it without a doubt!
