Is this car dented?

I found this on eBay. The ad says "204 pics" but only about 5 came through on my computer. The only shot I got of the passenger's side looks like the car is mashed in right above the rear fendwer opening. If that is just a bad pic, then too bad. It looks like a nice car. Although I must admit the words "Frame off restoration, original survivor condition" threw me off a bit. How can car be frame off restored and also be in "original survivor condition"?
