1970 442 olds clam shell mirrors
Is anyone familiar with the clam shell mirror style sold on the 1970 442? If so has anyone ever seen them "sold separately" at a swap meet or a salvage yard or anywhere? My Dad has the 442 but not the stock mirrors and I would like to track down a pair. thank you for reading ~Verity |

They were only used for one year on the Oldsmobiles, so they're very hard to find. I've been told but not seen myself that the same sport mirrors were used as an option on the first year of Chevy Vegas. Other than that I've not heard of any other application. When they come up on ebay they go for a pretty penny. John
