1968 442 Cowl Decode

I just bought a 68 Olds 442 Post Coupe and it is very solid. I have a 66 GTO and a 67 Charger amongst other cars, and I know where you can go and get pontiac and mopar build sheet and window sticker reproductions with a vin #, but I cannot find anywhere that does this for Oldsmobile. The paint code is L-4 on my 442, and I know L is Teal Blue Irid # A-1986, but what is the 4 in L-4? Also my car has AC and Cruise, is this common? Any help on how to get the original build info on this car would be really appreciated.

thanks everyone!
