I have owned 68 Cutlass/442 models for over 30 years and don't recall ever seeing a center arm rest. Unfortunately, I sold a nice bench seat a few years ago. The bench seat was split in the middle which would prohibit an armrest. I'm not sure about head rests either
but the 69 style is interchangeable with 68 and they may have had head rests available.
