64 Cutlass Cowl Tag Decode?

All, Could someone point me to an online resource for cowl tag decoding? A couple I have tried have listed 64s in their title but had nothing like what my tag looks like. After the Olds....... line:
. Lansing, Michigan
. 123
STYLE64-3237 BODY LA 7810
TRIM 960 . .PAINT P-P
ACC. X-T-S-2X-G-7-3D-5B

I know it's a 64 Cutlass Holiday Coupe with Black vinyl interior. It came out of Lansing with Pacific Mist paint top and bottom. I assume 7810 is the production #.
Now my questions: What does the production # mean to me and how does it relate to cars made elsewhere? The 123 appears stamped after the rest of the plate and does not line up with but is closest to the Lansing line. What is the 123 (12B?)? And finally, I am proud of that Acc line but what do they all mean?
Not asking much first time out of the blocks, am I? I'd love to do the research myself if I can get it online (I am overseas right now).
Thanks and Regards,
Allen

starr88, welcome to the site! I'd encourage you to take a picture of the tag and create a new thread asking if anyone can key out the codes on it. If you have trouble getting a picture posted, then type up the codes and try to arrange them as they show up on the tag. Hopefully someone here can help you with them. John

65 acc codes in December 64 on a 64?

Is it possible Lansing started using the 65 acc codes in Dec 64 on 64's?
That would come closest to decoding my tag from what has been posted elswhere on this site.
That gives me:
Group1 X=Power windows, T=power seat(it has the buckets of which the driver's is powered), S=Power trunk.
Group 2 K=Air conditioning, G=console (automatic), T=power antenna.
Group 3 D=?????
Group 5 B=?????

This car (as I bought it) has tinted windows, Cruise control, Tilt steering wheel, and remote driver's mirror (Mirrors are not original style).

The VIN indentifies it as a 64 Cutlass: 824M080864. It isn't a 65 with a 64 front clip. Engine was manufactured in 64.

06E = Fifth week (E) of June 1966 build date. This car was apparently built very late in the model year.
ST 66 = 1966 model year
3 = Oldsmobile
38 = Cutlass
67 = convertible body style
LAN = Lansing assembly plant
10497 = production sequence number
TR 088 = autumn bronze interior
C = custom sport front seat
Paint M = autumn bronze lower body color
Paint 1 = white convertible top
W = tinted windshield
2L = 4-speed manual transmission
5Y = deluxe seat belts

I don't think the meaning of the "B" or any other letter in the upper right has ever been determined.

If you want to talk more about this car, I would suggest starting your own thread instead of glomming on to one that's more than a decade old.

Also, we need to see photos of this car!

No problem. It's just that a new thread is more likely to be seen by more people.
