Did they offer buckets/console in f85 deluxe

Does anyone know if they offered a bucket seat/console option for a 1966 F85 Deluxe. 33617.

I was told no, but I find it strange that you could not order buckets on an f85 and you could on the cutlass and or 442.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bucket seats were available with the Cutlass trim level only.

Buckets were not ordered on Cutlasses and 442s, they were standard. F85 had a standard bench. Cutlass and 442 could be had with a bench but one had to order it (no charge). One could NOT order buckets in an F85. Thus no consoles in F85 either.

Was this supposed to be true for 64 also? My grandmother bought new a 64 F-85 two door coupe (pillars) with the V-6 and auto and it had buckets but no console and had column shift from the factory. I inherited the car in high school. It was actually an F-85 Deluxe so it had upscale trim like the Cutlass - full wheel covers and the full potmetal trim piece between the tail lights, wheel and rocker moldings, side molding, etc. Not sure why they even made an F-85 "Deluxe" that year - it basically had the Cutlass trim.

Ditto, my brother bought a 1964 V6 2 dr F85 Deluxe that had a column shift auto, buckets, no console. It was a post car as well.

In '64, the only F85 model to get buckets and a console (separate options) was the F85 Deluxe V6 Sports Coupe.
