Rear coil identification

Does anyone happen to know what model car H4 coil springs were intended for? I'm pretty sure they weren't meant for a 70 Cutlass W31.

I didn't know W-31's had specific springs...
I know the FE2 suspension package they came with did.

Thanks for the reply...now does anybody know what "cars suspension." H4 springs were intended for? Just curious as they are not listed for any model Olds.
