I don't think the WA- numbers will appear on an '84 SPID label. You need to look for the three digit codes that start with numbers (they will be toward the bottom). The codes ending with a U and an L are the paint codes. The codes ending with I are the interior color codes. If you give me the U and the L codes, I might be able to turn them into WA- numbers.
