I am at the floor mats stage of my almost-completely-original '64 Cutlass restoration (
). Searching the catalogs and internet, there are hundreds of choices, from vinyl to plush carpet, $40/set to $100s/set.
Can anyone offer recommendations on mats they've really liked, or not? I'm, leaning toward carpeted mats for quiet and comfort, but am open. How about judges at shows, does one get dinged for non-original mats?
