Guess again. My books show a 4-door colonnade Salon was available thru 1976. N/A in 1977, then reintroduced on the downsized buttless platform.
Originally introduced in 1973 as a handling and upscale trim package on the
J29/57 Supreme, then in 1975-76 it was designated
K29/57.
Contemporary road tests against Mercedes surprised the testers. The Salon held its own against the European sedan and was actually faster.
