I may be wrong, but I've always heard the snap on center caps called SSIII wheels. Those are a lot easier to find and cheaper than the others. They made both 14" and 15" snap on centers and the 15" are 7" wide. I've got some for sale out in Oregon, but I believe you could find some closer and save on the shipping. John

People call them that, but they would be incorrect. All argent-painted wheels were called SSII, all body-color wheels were called SSIII. The bolt-on center wheels were definitely available as SSII or SSIII. I'm not sure if the snap-in wheels were ever offered in argent or only in body color (which would make them all SSIII). Also, I should note that I'm not really a G-body expert, so I don't really know what Olds called the chrome versions.
