Winter buildup

Hi
I am having a 455 motor build up over the winter. Am looking for all the input I can get to make decision on motor components. To start with the car body is a 1970 442 ps.pb. a/c with th 400, stock 1800 rpm converter, 3.23 rearend and about 3900 lbs with driver on board.
The parts I do have are 1975 "F" block to be bored .030 over, N crankshaft ground .010/.010, stock connecting rods. W/Z manifolds with 2.5" mandrel bent X pipe exhaust and flowmaster mufflers, Edelbrock Olds Performer Intake and Edelbrock heads with valves and springs, Q-Jet 7040251 carb rebuilt by Sparky. Airtex 40736 fuel pump. Stock HEI with new rebuild kit(coil, rotor, module and adjustable vacuum advance and recurve kit in hand) off a 1975 motor.

Missing parts - Pistons, camshaft, lifters, pushrods, and rockers. Also have no oil pan or pump system.
Car will be 90% driven on street and road cruises of 100 miles or more. The other 10% will be local car club 1/8 mile strip racing on the odd weekend. Do not have hp or tq numbers in mind, just want the best performance I can get with driving goals in mind.

So there you have it. All opinions and and even some facts will be appreciated.
