Assuming the TH350 is a BOP trans and not a Chevy trans, yes, it bolts right up. A few things to be aware of:

The Toro starter bolts to the trans, but the RWD starter bolts to the block. All Toro blocks have the tapped holes for the RWD starter, so that will be no problem.

You'll need to swap the Toro oil filter adapter for a RWD oil filter adapter. The Toro unit angles the oil filter and this may not clear RWD exhaust manifolds, motor mounts, etc.

The Toro oil pan will clear most RWD crossmembers. I know it fits in an A-body.

Of course you'll need the correct RWD exhaust manifolds and motor mounts for the chassis it's going into. If the car already had an Olds V8, simply bolt the existing motor mounts to the sides of the Toro block.
