That carb is one version of the DualJet. Early ones came with the full Qjet body but the secondary air valve holes blanked off. Later ones had the casting truncated to just the primaries. Usually used on a 260, so I'm wondering what you have exactly. Is the intake an aluminum A4? If so, that's a popular swap onto earlier motors.

Other external parts should swap. The crank is interchangable for a 350 crank, though it would need to be rebalanced for the heavier pistons.
